In the Toronto Star today, Royson James rightly hammers the Martin and McGuinty administrations for their failure to right past wrongs and give Toronto a fair deal.
He covers about as much of the issues as can be covered in a single column -- which means only part of the problem. It's worth reading the whole article, but his last line sums in up pretty well:
Not entirely true, of course. But close enough.
(Not surprising, either.)
